" My Tucson broke down on I80 going home to Truckee and no shops were open. I found this dealership and Kevin Lee, a salesman, on my iPhone. Kevin helped me get a tow truck, a hotel and dinner as I was really stressed out. He drove me to the hotel he rommended and helped me to decide what to do the next day about my 2008 Tucson. No pressure and so much smart support. Super great guy. I decided to buy a new car in my town but if I lived in the Richmond area I totally would have bought a car from Kevin at Hanlees. I recommend him and the dealership! "
