I must say that this long overdue, but life gets busy. I recently purchased a truck (2019 Ram 1500) from Hanlees Ram Davis, CA.  I had to return multiple times for different reasons from sensor issues, general service, recalls, and other deals made during the new purchase (which are all resolved & we are happy).  All I can say is that Chris Lewis (Service Manager), made my day every time.  He communicated with me throughout each stage and helped me from start to finish on every visit (before arrival and after).  For example, we are from out of town, but he was able to work with our schedules (with kids, school, & work to Juggle), and was ready for us every time we pulled in and worked quickly to help us out.  Although busy at times he always got back to me and gave updates (which is important to me - communication).  I would highly recommend their service department especially due to Chris & his support along the way.  We will be back for sure.

The service here was wonderful everyone was so friendly and helpful and Brian in the service center was absolutely amazing!! Brian was the biggest help and if I ever need to take my Kia in for repair again i will definitely be coming back to this location. Its a bit of a drive for me but worth it 👍

I had an EXCELLENT experience with this dealership. Chris was the man in charge of helping me out with my repair. Chris was over the top helpful and always made me feel like I was top of his priority list. He was very personable and easy to talk to. Explained to me the process and made more then several calls to my Warranty Company and saw the repair all the way through. Have never felt so good about how everything was taken care of. Professional and did everything that was best for me (financially, best outlook on repair, exc..). Chris should be at the top of your list and I won't go anywhere else after how things went for this repair. My Jeep runs great and another thanks to Chris for his hard work. My task was tedious and a pain but he took care of it with nothing but respect for what I wanted. Thanks again!

I had a great experience getting my new 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from the people at Hanlees. Eli was my sales rep and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking. I knew exactly what I wanted and he found it and gave me a great deal in the range I needed for my budget. I also wanted a sunroof on mine and they were able to get that installed in a timely fashion. I would recommend making an appointment with the finance people ahead of time if you need to return ever as they can get busy and backed up. But overall I found Eli to be very helpful, knowledgeable, and low pressure. I would get another car though him for sure. Love my new JGC Limited!

My first visit after buying my jeep here 6 weeks as ago. My appointment was at 8:30 a.m. Saturday morning. I was greeted by my Service Advisor Chris Lewis.

Chris listened to my extensive concerns about what was going on with my Jeep. Chris assured me he and the mechanic would find out what was causing the problem. During the 3 hours I waited Chris would come and let know the progress of my car. I have never had such personal attention from a dealership service department. This pleasurable experience was all due to Chris Lewis the service advisor.

So, it's Saturday morning, and I had plans requiring driving, and I got the "low tire pressure" light... Auto shops aren't usually open on Saturdays. I'm still under warranty for about 5K more, so I took a chance that someone might be at Hanlees to help me out. Lo and behold, I didn't get turned away, and Chris and Vic checked my tires - one was just about at the threshold where they would have had to pull the tire, but still above it enough that they could just add air.

Vic also noted that my tires were at the "need replacement" stage. No, not a scam - I've been good about oil changes and such, but hadn't paid a lot of attention to the tires, and since I bought the car new, I've only replaced the tires once, and I'm at 95K. Rough guesstimate is I should probably replace them within the next couple of months. I can work with that!

And my little oil change sticker indicates I'm about due, so Chris and Vic - be seeing you soon! Thanks!

For my first scheduled maintenance, Blanca, my service adviser, assisted me with my service and explained everything I needed to know about my new car. I blew out a tire recently in my Cherokee and after putting the spare on went directly to Hanlees service, and without an appointment they took me in and arranged for new tires and an alignment and they had me out the door in a couple of hours, with a car wash included! They took very good care of me and I highly recommend them.
