My first visit after buying my jeep here 6 weeks as ago. My appointment was at 8:30 a.m. Saturday morning. I was greeted by my Service Advisor Chris Lewis.
Chris listened to my extensive concerns about what was going on with my Jeep. Chris assured me he and the mechanic would find out what was causing the problem. During the 3 hours I waited Chris would come and let know the progress of my car. I have never had such personal attention from a dealership service department. This pleasurable experience was all due to Chris Lewis the service advisor.
Thank you, Chris, for what is normally a stressful situation a pleasurable experience and my car is working fine.
