Roberto is the person you go to. He is very nice and calm and doesn't make you feel like you are at the dealership. This is my second purchase in two years from him. I think he is very professional yet very down to earth. He listens to all your concerns and tries his best to come up with solutions which will satisfy you.
Since I knew him from my first buy, I didn't negotiated much with him, second  offer was good enough for me.
So people! if you are in the market for a good car and good people, go to Hilltop Hyundai in Richmond and ask for Roberto. I am sure you will love the experience the way I loved it.

Got approved for a car at Hanlees Hilltop, Lisa who helped me get into my new 2018 Hyundai Sonata had great customer service I needed a co-signer and she made sure I went thorough every possible person I can think of to get me into my new car. As far as my down payment she makes it easy for me by letting me pay little at a time. She really works with you, you just have to be straight forward. I would definitely recommend Lisa if you are thinking about getting a new car from Hanlees Hyundai.

I came with my sister on Sunday to get a new car and as we walked through the parking lot, Kumar approached us politely. As I was waiting for my sister in the lobby, Antonio was making me feel welcome. Omar was also wonderful by helping my sister get through the process easily. The workers here so a FANTASTIC job and definitely be back to get one of my own. Kumar even gave me a Bagel while I was watching TV which was VERY nice of him because I was hungry. These guys make a great team together!!!

My Mother's Day couldn't have been any sweeter than it was after a visit to Hilltop Hyundai in Richmond, CA. I started a new business in Mary Kay cosmetics and found myself in need of a vehicle with more room to carry my inventory. Not only was I greeted as soon as I step foot on the lot, everyone was so kind and pleasant. Karen Lee in Sales was an absolute pleasure to work with. She walked me through step-by-step what I needed and provided me with the best customer service I've ever gotten at a car dealership. Not only did they have the perfect car for me, a white Santa Fe sport which was definitely an upgrade from what I had but they also had Donuts..lol.. which are my favorite!! I can't promise they'll have them if you go there but it totally made my day!!! When I started entertaining the idea of buying a car. I was looking for something not only affordable but also reliable. I went to different places looking for a vehicle that would fit my needs. I went to the Hanlees lot, after a couple of test drives, I ended up at the Hyundai store. I talked to the manager, Antonio, and my sales person for a couple of minutes. After coming back from my test drive. We went over price and I sign. It was one of my smoothest purchase ever. Really enjoy their customer service. Would definitely come back.

When I first walked on the lot Danielle greeted me and my daughter with a genuine friendly hello. I told her I'm just looking and I wasn't even sure if I can get financed. She said let me go talk to my boss. She came back with a big smile and said you getting a new car girl!!! This girl's personality is awesome, loved her. But I was not happy with the 1st car I drove off with. Once Antonio heard about this he call me and ask me come back in when.
