The service advisor, Vern Saefong was knowledgeable, very patient with me and I felt so bad because I know I was being drastic with a lot of stuff that I said but gladly, he was very understanding. This is really what they would call, excellent customer service. Once again, thank you, Vern, for all of your help. You guys are my go to dealership now. See you next time for my next service.
