As a first time buyer, I went to Hanlees with no intention of making a deal on the first car I looked at. But they made the process so simple that I was out of there within 3 hours with the exact kind of car I had been wanting. They do not bait and switch with pricing and do not push you with any add-on features. They are the most honest, helpful and friendly dealers I've ever met. My sales person Eric Barrera put me at ease through the whole process, which was really needed! I went through a terrible experience before with the typical car sharks you would expect. I am so happy with the Nissan Sentra I purchased. My Dad who co-signed with me will definitely be coming back when he's ready to car shop.

As someone who has never experienced the excitement of purchasing a new car, I wasn't sure what to expect. I made an inquiry online, and Ramin got back to me so quickly that I was purchasing the car we had discussed not even two days later. I was referred to Hanlees Davis Nissan by my best friend because her dad's girlfriend (Barbara) used to work at the dealership for awhile and my friend then gave me I was passed on to, Joan which worked close with Sue during my visit process of getting me approved for a car. They were both amazing!! Joan didn't steer me away from my goal or try to convince me to do something different. Joan kept her word on being certain I would leave with a car, entire time there was No pressure at all! Very rare when shopping for a car!! Great feeling when it was my First time doing this, past times I would pick cars from online, private owners, which I Got bad choices each time, wasting so much money on.

It was beyond a awesome experience meeting with Joan, she's absolutely fabulous, understanding as well! She picked out a wonderful car option for me and she was so helpful during the whole process, Joan answered all questions an she was funny, an gave a superb memorable experience an she has a great personality and she made me feel super comfortable! I did not get the normal 'car salesperson' vibe from her and she truly seemed like she just wanted me to be happy. She was the best, After being gone from the dealership, after getting to leave with a car, I saw that Joan had sent me a text later in the day, I found that to be truly very nice of her to do. She gave me an outstanding experience. She's excellent at giving such honest customer service thru the entire time an explained each step. I highly recommend visiting this dealership.

I just traded in my car at Hanlees Davis Nissan and worked with Sue Cho and Joan. They were both amazing!! I have worked with Sue on the car I traded it in for and she has always been so helpful, honest and kind!! She will not steer you away from your goal or try to convince you to do something you don't want to do. No pressure at all! Very rare in this industry!! She manages the place and does a fantastic job!!!

Joan was an absolute delight!! She was the one who showed me my car options and was so helpful, funny and made me feel super comfortable! I did not get the normal 'car salesperson' vibe from her and she truly seemed like she just wanted me to be happy with whatever I chose. 

I had a time constraint and the team did everything they could to get me out of there when I needed to. They even offered me to come back and get the car detailed on another day.

Walked in with zero dollars in my pocket and came out with a 2018 Nissan Altima Sports. I was so pessimistic of getting a new car because I didn't have the money or the credit. As a UCD student with a part time job I felt like I did not make enough to even purchase a car but I was wrong. Hanlees Nissan greeted me with a smile and gave me hope that I can get a car as a first time buyer. They were so patient with me and answered all my questions and fought to get the best deal out there!!!. Joan especially great sales person, gave me Comfort and the best deals she even let me test drive the car before I even had any questions and I fell in love with it at the instant. As a first time buyer I felt so nervous, scared thinking I was going to submit myself to debt but no. Nissan staff are here to make sure you do not leave empty handed. They want to be able to proof that becoming a first time buyer is POSSIBLE and an amazing experience. I want to thank Joan and the other 2 members who helped me with this experience today, I am so happy I got the car and now I can't stop showing it off !!. I came to Nissan on Saturday for a car service and was promptly greeted by the service advisor, Edgar. He was really great about explaining the services that my car needed in a way that I was able to understand. It felt like he truly cared about customer service. I didn't feel pressured into buying anything that I didn't understand/couldn't afford. The technicians were fast and efficient, plus they showed me the inside of my car which was cool. I just went there for a car check up and they were super fast and friendly! The waiting room was comfortable and the front office workers were helpful when I told them that I hadn't been there before. I recommend Jose the technician; he was really efficient and was really nice explaining everything that was done to my car.
