As someone who has never experienced the excitement of purchasing a new car, I wasn't sure what to expect. I made an inquiry online, and Ramin got back to me so quickly that I was purchasing the car we had discussed not even two days later. The process itself was exceedingly quick, as I knew exactly what I wanted and what I could afford, and between Ramin and the other wonderful folk working hard to get me into the car I wanted at Hanlees, I was in and out of there in TWO hours! Not to mention the convenience of having the car brought to my house, which was certainly above and beyond what I expected. Thank you for making my very first car purchase SO painless and (dare I say?) fun!
