My husband and I went to Hanlees yesterday in search of a Tahoe and/or Suburban. Ana Reyes helped us and I have to say that out of all the times that I have ever bought a car, I have never experienced such great service. Ana was very patient with our needs, didn't rush us and showed us countless cars until she saw that we were completely happy with what we wanted. She gave us her professional knowledge about the vehicles we were looking at and also took the time to ask why we were buying so she can guide us into the right car. I've been shopping for a certified used Suburban for my family. After going to the "Auto Mall", thought my blood and life had been drained by middlemen. Hanlees Davis Chevrolet had the white Suburban I wanted and did everything over the phone. Jeff helped me with vehicle questions, CARFAX history, sent pictures and got me the price I wanted. Plus, had it detailed before I arrived. Ana in finance got all my information and had me pre-approved before I arrived at the dealership. Sue Cho closed my contract in less then a hour and consider them all friends after that easy experience of buying a car. I can tell you they cared a lot about customer service and give them 5 stars!!! Recommend to any person to skip the auto mall and drive to Hanlees Davis Chevrolet.

Great place to shop for a car. They have new management. Spanish and English. They treat you with the upmost respect. Cool people there . No pressure what so ever. One of the best dealership experiences I have encountered. Me and my wife took or 2008 Trailblazer in for service and the moment we walked in we were greeted by Jessica with a friendly smile and a warm hello after a quick and easy conversation about the service that would be provided (multi point inspection) along with the oil service we were shown to the waiting room. After the vehicle was done we were surprised they even washed it for us. I had to express how happy I was to the service manager who was glad to take the time to meet and greet with us Christina was so nice and informative I can't thank them or Hanlees enough for making our service experience a walk in the park!

Servicing my Volt: Super efficient, affordable, kind and attentive customer service (Jessica at the front service center was awesome). For the price of an oil change they rotated my tires and washed my car, changed my oil and topped off all of my fluids. When I explain to them that I needed to be at an appointment a different city -- they made all of this happen so that I made my appointment! Great care. Great price. Go Davis!

This is my first time dealing with Hanlees Davis Chevrolet. I called Friday to take our company delivery truck for service and they immediately answered and set me up for a Monday morning service. Jessica was prompt checking me in and set me up with our shuttle driver Hope. Hope, my shuttle driver, was pleasant to ride with, drove safely, and offered me her business card to call her back when the truck was ready. Their service was top notch. Jessica called me to let me know the truck was ready. I called Hope and she was ready to pick me up within 15 minutes. Great customer service, quick, efficient, that's pretty rare now a days.

Thanks to Hanlees for hosting Pack 75's annual Pinewood Derby race again this year and to Tony Christy for helping us coordinate the event. Great community involvement and the boys love racing in the showroom alongside the gleaming hi-po Chevy's.

Also, last December my father brought his 2013 Corvette up from LA to get a second opinion at Hanlees as another dealer in SoCal had told him the car needed thousands of dollars in work to correct some handling issues. Hanlees Service Department gave him an honest appraisal of what needed to be done and what could wait which made him very relieved. After putting together a good proposal, Hanlees had the car ready on time and for many dollars less than what he would have paid down in SoCal.
