Talk about service Hanless long distance shuttle driver Hope was more then accommodating. Not only did I make my flight after dropping off my car for service but Hope was able to pick me up from the airport and shuttle me back to retrieve my car. No more Lyft or Uber for me Hanless Shuttle is the way to go. Thanks for the GREAT SERVICE HOPE!!!

The service advisor, Seth Rahman provided me with excellent customer service on May 7th. Mr. Rahman went above and beyond to ensure my needs for the car repair were met. Although it was a busy morning, he kept me informed and even arranged a shuttle ride back for me to Woodland. He even informed me about a recall on my vehicle and ordered the necessary parts in a timely fashion. I couldn't have had a better service advisor and he truly knows how to provide quality customer service experience. I would highly recommend his professionalism to future customers.

Great place to purchase the new and used cars and trucks. This place offers varieties of vehicles like Toyota Tundra, Toyota Camry, Toyota Corolla, Toyota Sienna, Toyota Avalon, Toyota Prius etc.There are lots of service personal helping people to find the right vehicles for their needs either new or used. When you have any issues in your car the service people right there to greet and treat you in professional manner. This place offers shuttle service to the people who drop their car for service like oil change and tire rotation or any kind of mechanical problems to be fixed. If the waiting time is normal then this place has nice place for waiting. While waiting you may enjoy watching TV or surfing internet in your own device as this place offers free Wi-Fi. There is free coffee and doughnut at the corner of waiting area.Besides that they also have two vending machine abound the hallways.  The restroom areas are so clean. There are more car accesorios in front of the cashier.It is visible from I-80 freeways. Assistant Sales Manager Mr. Seth Rahman treat me professionally while I was there for oil change of my Lexus on May 22,2019.

From the moment I walked into the door, I was greeted positively by the friendly sales staff. I worked with Yesenia and Jo through my deal and they helped to make every effort to get me the best quality of service available. I left the dealership with a brand new 2020 corolla and feel satisfied with the teamwork they provided. They didn't try to haggle me, they offered me multiple test drives and were patient while I debated if this was truly the car for me. I finally decided and sent out the ""let's do it"" text hours after leaving the dealership. They made sure to have the car ready and all paperwork available to sign to make the final steps a breeze with no issues for the next morning. Highly recommend working with them to answer all your questions and make the car buying process a fun and easy experience!

I had a shuttle driver from Davis to Sacramento and vise versa, her name is Hope and she is an awesome shuttle driver!!! Safe and good driving habits, nice person to be around. She was very punctual on her pick up arrival, gave me a call said it will be 10 minutes and exactly 10 minutes later I was in her Nissan on the way back to Davis. Very impressive!!! I wish I have had her all the time as my driver!!!

Went 4/16/19 to turn in a lease. Adrian greeted us and showed me a few options. We were very short on time and we let them know we had to go pick up the kids in an hour and a half. Test drove couple cars while the numbers guys sorted out the details for buying my old lease or leasing a new vehicle. After all the number crunching was done they laid out the options and all the numbers to be sure we had complete transparency on the deals. So I decided to lease a new Corolla Hatchback, I drive a lot for work and need a reliable car. We got it all done in time l, big thanks to the guy who does the paperwork, he was so fast and thorough, ye got us out of there just in time. Then we took the new car , shiny and clean with a full tank of gas and managed to get the kids before school closed! See you all again at lease end!

Great experience with Hanlees Davis Toyota!  Started communicated with Chris Chao via text message.  Then Andrey helped me seal the deal quick and painless. In love with my new 2019 Toyota Camry.  Greatly appreciate the ""Bald"" Finance guy he was great and advised me to go back to MB and ask for my money back on extended warranty I had purchased on my prior vehicle.  Well just so you know I'm getting my full 100% $2,995 back and if it wasn't for him I probably wouldn't have remembered! I've been in the market for a used RAV4 for six months and found exactly what I wanted at Hanlees Toyota of Davis.  The Internet price was the best in the area and Ruben Rodriquez along with Adrian were incredibly helpful.  I asked for a privacy cargo cover and a second key and they didn't hesitate to find a cargo cover and arrange for a second key to be made by a company in Roseville, close to where I live.  Our experience was pleasant all around and I would drive to Davis again in a heartbeat to have Ruben and Adrian assist me.
