Erick (Erickson) G. hooked brother Matthew and me up with a great vehicle that fit our price range, and which actually blew us away. First we called Hanlees before arriving for our first look at the lot's selection. I was surprised by how much Erick did not force us into buying something, yet was very much like how a family member would be if they showed you some cars. Even after that first meeting, our first day, and first stop, in search for a vehicle, we patiently decided to search other places to see what they had. The next morning, Erick makes a key follow up: he let's us know he found something we might like - if we hadn't found a vehicle already. In fact, though he found the vehicle moments after we left Hanlees the previous evening, he did not call us then, because he knew we were looking at other places. This is highest quality service. In retrospect, though the vehicle turned out to be just awesome, it was really the  icing on the cake.

As a first time buyer I was skeptical with dealerships and the people who work there...
As I made my way with my friend to test drive a corolla, nobody helped us when we were checking out the cars outside so after getting some looks we went inside and right away Carlos greeted us and after some talk he let us test drive the 2020 Corolla LE. During the test drive his allergies started to act up and by the time we got back to dealership he showed me the NEW Corolla hybrid. He was great to talk to and great assistance. His allergies got worse and asked if I wanted to test drive the Corolla hybrid and I said hell yeah! So then he got Esa to help us and to help with the test drive.
Esa was great help. We went inside and started to negotiate. We went back and forth and as I said I was skeptical but he didn't come off as a jerk and was straight up with me. A little bit of negotiating and mentions of Hanlees discount then with a couple of trips back with his boss we eventually came to a deal after he got a response from the bank. I didn't expect to buy a car on that day but with the help of Esa I needed up buying my new car. Not only that but the following day he texted me to check up on me and asked if everything was fine and brownie points for that!
Alberto is also the man! He's a great guy to talk to but definitely makes you feel comfortable and explains everything to you as he had to dumb it down to me on questions that I wanted more elaboration with. I got lucky on having the hell with these guys! I had a very good experience here and well they definitely proved my skepticism wrong. Thank you again Carlos, Esa and Alberto!

I bought my certified pre-owned Rav4 here, and it was a smooth experience from start to finish! I found a reasonable price online, parking was a breeze, and worked with Barry, whose direct yet cordial manner was a welcomed trait in a car sales consultant. Test drive was quick and easy. It was also a plus that he took my concerns about some small scratches into account and facilitated a discount. While waiting for the financial approval and paperwork, multiple staff kept me informed throughout. Alberto provided some helpful information on next steps and warranty options. Since I had driven to the dealership, Barry even helped me to get both my new car and my old car back home--really going the extra mile! If you're looking for less hassle and friendly staff, I would recommend this dealership!

We were looking for a great deal for a Toyota Prius Prime and the first person I spoke to over the phone was Esa.  At that point he reassured us  that we would get the best deal and Esa promised that he will not waste our time.  Since he was not available for two days, Esa referred us to his manager Ashley, who also took the time to answer our questions and informed us ahead of time that they were giving us a great deal on the Prius Prime.  On the day of the signing of the purchase of the car, Esa and Ashley bent forward and backwards to help us get the best affordable deal.  Also,  we were happy about  how the finance manager, Alberto on him being honest and helpful about what we were signing.  At the end , we walked out of the lot feeling happy and contented because of the great dea we got  on our new Prius Prime  and the staff were very helpful.  We love the energy and welcoming attitude of Esa.  So, if you need to get the best deal stop by and ask for Esa and Ashley.

Update: The other day, we stopped by at Hanlee's Toyota to sort out a minor issue and Alberto from Finance was very accommodating.  He made sure that the minor issue was well taken cared off.  We appreciated Alberto's professionalism and his well mannered demeanor.  He is a great asset to the company.

I took my Tacoma 2018 there to get my first service done and recall for break cylinder. Usually Car Dealership have a tendency of not paying much attention to these kind of jobs I assume they don't make much on these jobs. But this Gentleman DOUG CAMPBELL has been really outstanding and set very high standards for this job. He took care of the most part over the phone ordering parts and stuff and I had to drop my vehicle off for a short period of time and got it back on time as advised by Doug..My Truck was nice and cleaned when I got it back. I wanted to give 5 stars to Erickson Gonzalez for his great customer service  recently my car was totaled in a car accident. It's very draining and overwhelming trying to finalize all the little details. I had purchased little extras which I needed to cancel. I was the on the waiting game. I kept trying to follow up with this dealership. Every time I would call I would get transferred to someone's voicemail who would never call me back. I'm big on customer service. So I finally called again asked to file a complaint and then I spoke to Erickson. He took the time to hear me out and told me he apologized for the inconvenience. He told I will keep you on the line to get you the help you need. That's all I wanted is a resolution to this nightmare. He was able to help me out and I  can finally say I can close this chapter all thanks to him! That's what I'm talking about customer service at it's finest! Thank you Erickson you made my day!

Esa was AMAZING!!!! He truly cares about his customers!! He's extremely knowledgeable and helped me get an amazing deal on my new Toyota Camry!!! I was so indecisive but he never rushed me. WOW! where do I start. This is the best experience I've ever had, in customer service. I was searching for the best deal in town and this was my fist time financing my first car ,so I made sure that I was getting the best price best deal. After searching over and over I came across Truecar, and a got a good price but still felt unsure. The very next day I received messages, calls, from all dealers and they were making me feel very uncomfortable and pressured. Finally James Benavides a dealer at hilltop Richmond, caught my attention, he was ready to compete and get me the very best deal. He told me to come by and to bring with me all the deals that were offered to me and he will beat it. That was music to my ears! After that I felt comfortable to go and meet with James. When I got there I was a little nervous but when I met him. I felt excited he made me feel like I can trust him with my purchase, he was patient with me showing me all the cars and answering all my questions, giving me recommendations and advice. In January 2019, Service Manager Dustin Jones and his crew at Hilltop Toyota gave me the BEST service I've had in years with my beloved 2003 Rav4! Outstanding! A big deal because the repair involved the transmission. Expensive & critical. They went above & beyond the call of duty on all counts. I highly recommend anyone to go to this Toyota if you're looking to buy a new car. All the staff are very kind and  attentive. Esa was the floor sales man that helped us out and he was fantastic and was very interested in fulfilling our wants and needs in the vehicle we were interested in. He was very flexible a d patient. Also want to shout out the finance manager Yosef (spell correction) but he too was awesome and patient in getting us the numbers we wanted to see. As being that we live in Sacramento I would make the drive again just to visit and purchase from here. Be sure to ask for Esa if you want the best service you could ask for at a dealership, being that most just want thay sale verses really being patient and focusing on the customers wants and  needs without the pressure!! So again big ups to Esa thank you for your excellent customer service!!
