Hanlees Hilltop Toyota

I wanted to give 5 stars to Erickson Gonzalez for his great customer service  recently my car was totaled in a car accident. It's very draining and overwhelming trying to finalize all the little details. I had purchased little extras which I needed to cancel. I was the on the waiting game. I kept trying to follow up with this dealership. Every time I would call I would get transferred to someone's voicemail who would never call me back. I'm big on customer service. So I finally called again asked to file a complaint and then I spoke to Erickson. He took the time to hear me out and told me he apologized for the inconvenience. He told I will keep you on the line to get you the help you need. That's all I wanted is a resolution to this nightmare. He was able to help me out and I  can finally say I can close this chapter all thanks to him! That's what I'm talking about customer service at it's finest! Thank you Erickson you made my day!
