In January 2019, Service Manager Dustin Jones and his crew at Hilltop Toyota gave me the BEST service I've had in years with my beloved 2003 Rav4! Outstanding! A big deal because the repair involved the transmission. Expensive & critical. They went above & beyond the call of duty on all counts.
