My husband and I went to Hanlees yesterday in search of a Tahoe and/or Suburban. Ana Reyes helped us and I have to say that out of all the times that I have ever bought a car, I have never experienced such great service. Ana was very patient with our needs, didn't rush us and showed us countless cars until she saw that we were completely happy with what we wanted. She gave us her professional knowledge about the vehicles we were looking at and also took the time to ask why we were buying so she can guide us into the right car. We left there completely happy and knowing that we made the right purchase and will definitely be going back if we decide to buy another and will definitely refer my family and friends to her as well.
