Since Hanlees Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Napa took over the operations from the prior owners, we have had nothing but exceptional service. Everyone in the service department always treats us very well, and all maintenance and repairs to our vehicles have been excellent.
Last week I dropped by to ask Roger what I could do about a CD that was stuck in my CD player. He came out, flashlight in hand, to investigate the situation. He ended up solving the problem, and the CD player now works.
Roger is always professional and friendly and has our cars up and running at the time he promises, if not earlier.
