     "I just bought my first BRAND NEW CAR, ever! Overall, it was a very positive experience at Hanless. A friend had helped me by contacting Mario to get some pricing through the Internet. I am not a fan of haggling aka negotiating. It was not a high-pressured situation - which suited me just fine. Mario was very helpful and let us know about all our options. Luke in financing was very professional and polite, as well.

There were a couple areas of improvement. The ambience of the dealership could be improved - it was not dirty, but there were a few things that would not cost very much that would improve the overall atmosphere. Additionally, we were there for a long time. It seems like the computer program is a really laborious process and the system to purchase the car was not smooth. We were hungry!! We actually ended up buying two cars and I feel like perhaps they could have gone out to get us a sandwich or snack - it took six-seven hours total for the process.

However, that having been said - I would absolutely recommend Hanless to anyone looking to purchase a Hyundai - actually, even if you are not thinking of a Hyundai - maybe you should consider it. My new car is WONDERFUL!!"
