I was planning on buying my car from Southern CA area but no one could match or beat Wali's offer. I went to Richmond in San Fran Bay area and bought the car from Wali. Per my research, Wali gives the best prices in California. I went to his dealership and the whole process was smooth. Wali is a pleasure to work with and he is not one of those typical aggressive car dealers. He gives space to buyers and never pressurizes buyers to buy the car.
