"We just bought a new Subaru Impreza and our experience could not have been smoother. We shopped around over the phone to all the dealers in the North Bay Area and got the best price from Erika Morales at Hanlees Napa Subaru. She was consistently professional, honest, and helpful as we went through the process. Napa was not the closest dealer to where we live, but Erika even brought us the paperwork to sign and then she brought us the car! She was patient in explaining how each button worked on the dashboard and even set up my bluetooth. Throughout the process, she was great about returning phone calls so that we felt very comfortable in knowing that every detail was taken care of. I am very "type A" and tend to ask a lot of questions and keep checklists and I am also highly suspicious of anyone trying to swindle me, so when I give 5 stars those stars really mean something.
