"So recently I was in for a major 30k service and also my radio was not working , I called in advanced and booked a appointment for a Saturday . When coming in for service the driveway was completely blocked with other customers cars and I thought (oh no my whole days going to be spent waiting in line) . As I parked my car I walked up to the drive where I noticed a crowd of customers hovered over one service advisor , so I waited patiently . While waiting a mechanic took the time to walk over and greet everyone and let us know there's one advisor and he will be with us soon in the meantime there's coffee and also a waiting lounge. I actually thought it was cool that we were all acknowledged and greeted ! Well anyway while the service was being preformed the same mechanic who greeted me walked into the lounge and informed me the service was complete and also the reason why the radio was not working(fuse) . I was satisfied with this dealership because I was kept informed and the service was on time , it's rare to find a dealership with customer service oriented mechanics, I believe his name was Jose ? Young guy who shows he cares about the customers .I was also greeted by the sales team which made me feel like more then just "that guy I sold a car to". Anyway all was good except no car wash :( however I think it's understaffed that's why my car wasn't washed? Oh and no cash on Saturdays ? Maybe more staff would help things flow? Overall a good experience.!!!!! "
