Hanlees Fremont Hyundai

Great service! I called at 3 PM on Friday to see if they could squeeze me in for an oil change. The service rep said sure, bring it in. When I got there Paul Wein said, "Sorry, it's 3:50. It's too late." Come on! I know it's late in the day but I wouldn't have come out here if she didn't say it was okay. "We don't take anyone past 3:30." I decided to leave the car overnight and Paul got it done first thing in the morning. I even got a car wash. I'm definitely coming back for my next change but this time, I'm making sure I come in before 3:30. Thanks Paul! "

John, We apologise for the mix up and confusion in having you come in only to be turn away. We try to ensure all customers receive service before the end of the day. As a result we stop taking appointments at 3:30 to ensure no jobs remain unfinished at the end of the day, possibly leaving customers immobile.
