Most recently I went in for a very serious brake issue. Scott, the service manager, went over and above to help me.
He took the time to research records at Hyundai Corporate to find out if I had purchased an extended warranty when I bought my Genesis. (I had purchased the car at another local dealership and although I had gotten service there the extended warranty was not entered into their service records)
I received a loaner car for the 3 days it took to fix the problem and rather than paying $2600+ I had only to pay the $100 deductible.
My car was ready when promised, washed and vacuumed too.
Both times the service has been beyond my expectations. What a pleasure to find a company that cares about their customers! "
