I have driven a Saab 9/3 for 9 years and knew for a while (it was giving me many many problems) that I would be in the maket for a new car. But your car finally giving out usually happens at the most inopportune time. I was stressed and worried about jumping into a car payment and having to buy a car without much time to search and bargain. Needless to say, I was extrememly stressed. But Mario to the rescue! My mom and I walked into Hanlees and he immediatley worked with us to be sure he knew what our budget was COMFORTABLY going to be and then showed us what our options were. He didn't try to over sell us anything and was thorough in assuring we received any rebates and/or offers available. What started out to be a stressful day (me with no car) turned out to be an incredibly happy one with me driving home with a brand new 2013 Hyundai Elantra.
