" I bought a 2013 VW GTI from this store last weekend. The experience was good. I applied for the Volkswagen auto loan myself but got rejected, they tried hard to contact the VW credit center to offer the loan to me. However, I decided to pay cash later which is another story. The salesman Juan patiently explained details of the car and accepted the price I offered without too much bargain. The sales manager Cruse is also nice, he prepared the paperwork before I arrived so I just spent half an hour to buy the car, also he didn't push me to buy extended warranty and other stuff. Nice experience! "
