My car developed a very odd engine problem. The service department diagnosed it, working with the national Hyundai group, and then replaced the engine in its entirety, under warranty. They also gave me a car (no charge) during the repair period. At all times they were courteous, clear, efficient. Special kudos to Dominic, he's a terrific service advisor, exactly what you hope for. And also to Debbie for support through the whole process. The Service Department lounge may not be the most modern BUT the Service Department is unparalleled, superb in its performance.
