"I've had super bad experiences in the past so I was hesitant to go to a dealer for a car loan. I decided to come to Hanlees Toyota and I was greeted by James and he made me feel at ease. I was worried that he wouldn't be able to help me but I trusted him and I'm so glad I did. He was able to get me the car I wanted. He's awesome!! I will tell all of my friends! 5 star crew!!
