I came in on short notice to get a key for my Toyota replaced. The person I interacted with was very helpful and friendly, and didn't make it seem like a burden to help me out so last minute. The wait for the service department to finish everything up was shorter than expected, and they even washed my car and checked my tire pressure! (surprising since I only needed my key replaced and ignition checked)
I would definitely come back again for any service needs, especially with such a friendly staff.
