Hanlees Hilltop Hyundai

I have to say that everyone at Hanlees went above and beyond the call with our new Veloster purchase. We discovered a paint chip on the hood after the car was detailed for delivery. Lisa had the hood painted and the car delivered to us in San Rafael. I wasn't happy with the paint job, so I brought it back over and they had it redone. Before I brought it over we had a run-in with a high curb which chewed up the rim pretty badly, and also carved up the lower front bumper. All three problems were repaired at no cost, and I had a nice loaner while the work was being done. In addition, I didn't realize the spare key($500) was not included until we couldn't find our key one morning, and so I checked with them and they ordered a new one at no cost. Lisa has been great to work with and was really responsive, helpful and professional. Sergio did a great sales job, and I also want to give a shout out to Zack who has also been really helpful, attentive and professional. This is coming from a guy who HATES buying new cars, by the way. Kudos all around to the staff at Hanlees.
