Hanlees were able to offer me an improved quote over another VW dealership via emails with Joe'l, their Internet sales manager. Joe'l was prompt, courteous, and straight to the point, which provided a good pairing to their offer. I went in the next day and worked again with Joe'l who confirmed the quote, walked me through a thorough rundown and test drive of a 2016 VW Golf TSI, and then I finished signing papers with a financing manager. The dealership was clean and comfortable, especially when compared with a very dissimilar experience at a Honda dealership in the East Bay.
Car buying is a polarizing adventure, but my personal experiences thus far with Hanlees was excellent -- definitely recommended.
