My experience at this dealership went above and beyond my expectations !!! After having went to Carmax, bought a vehicle, and found out that by the time I paid off my car I would've paid 4x what the car was even worth, I was trying to get out of my contract ASAP !! Not only was this dealership able to get me in a 2015 Nissan Altima, but they were able to accept my car as a trade in although I still owed $13,000 on it and pay off the loan !! My sales consultant was Charles and he was AMAZING !! I told him what I wanted, what I didn't want, and he made it happen !!! He got me an amazing deal, payments within budget, and financing through Nissan !! The crazy thing is that I went to Elk Grove Nissan and they did NOTHING for me !! If you plan to go here ask for Charles, you will not be disappointed !!
