Hanlees Napa Subaru

I chose Napa Hanlees Subaru Volkswagen to service my Subaru Outback after a bad experience with Fairfield Subaru. My service advisor, Jeff Webb, has gone above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my service experience was nothing less than exceptional.  

Jeff is professional, knowledgeable, kind, trustworthy and personable.  His integrity is impeccable.  When I first met him he was well-mannered who knows how to treat people.  Now days it's hard to find someone with that kind of integrity who cares about his customers.  Mr. Webb is a fine example of how service should be provided.  We didn't want this to go unrecognized.

Thank you for the experience.  We will be back and will refer all of our friends and neighbors to your dealership.
