Patrick - the service guy over at my local Volkswagen is so incredibly helpful and upbeat about helping out. The last 2 times I've been dropping my car off it is almost startling the attention I've been given. And I don't write reviews. Service is pricey, but he and his crew help to make you feel important even when you're kind of sour and moody because, honestly, who wants to be in a service station in the first place.
