Hanlees Hilltop Volkswagen

Over 9 years ago I bought a brand new 2007 Jetta. A little over a month ago I was rear ended and my beloved car was totaled. I was heartbroken to say the least. It was a great car and it always ran well. In the meantime I was in 3 different rental cars, in three weeks (not VW). I was very unhappy driving them. I did not like the way they handled. I just wanted my old car back. I had a couple weeks to find a car.

So I started to look for another Jetta online. I received a bunch of emails from many of the Volkswagen dealerships in the Bay Area. So I responded to all of them. Letting them know what I was looking for and how much I wanted to spend. Many of them did not have what I was looking for and for the price I wanted. I received an email from Joe'l Arances Internet sales manager at Hilltop Volkswagen. He told me they had a few cars that fit what I was looking for and I should come down and test drive them. So I went down there and drove a few cars. Joe'l Arances was very helpful in finding me exactly what I was looking for and for very good price, Plus 2 year warranty was included. I purchased a 2013 Jetta with 31,000 miles on it (A previous lease) a 2.5 engine, a sunroof and heated leather seats. As close to my car as I possibly could get but six years newer and a different color. 


I've had the car for about two weeks and I've had a couple minor issues with it. So I contacted Joe'l.
