Hanlees Hilltop Hyundai

I recently purchased a 2016 Sonata Hybrid Limited. The process was smooth, with Haziel providing assistance in getting me a great price and Giovanni setting up the financing. I have taken it in for routine service and the service department was professional and efficient.

I had an issue with some personnel at the dealership being less than helpful and borderline rude last weekend. I was pretty upset, but because of the prior positive interactions, I opted to write this after first contacting the General Manager, who I emailed earlier this week. I am glad that I did.
Khalid Rahmany, GM, promptly responded to my email and invited me to meet with him, which I did today when I took the car in for a minor issue. He was understanding of my issues, assured me that the employee in question would be counseled and, that to compensate me for my inconvenience and frustration, I will be receiving a free vehicle detailing at my convenience. Now THAT is great customer service! 

I love my new car, and thanks to Mr. Rahmany, Haziel, Giovanni and the service department staff, I love Hilltop Hyundai!
