Simply put, I have horrible credit. We were driving an older, large truck that died on us just a few days before. We have older children, a large dog, and love to go camping, so we were looking for a comparable used SUV/Truck replacement. We went to dealership after dealership all over the East Bay trying to find the best vehicle for our needs, and although we were approved for a few loans (including through an online loan provider), we simply were not happy with neither the rates nor the higher-mileage used vehicle options we were being limited to.
We decided to check out this lot and never expected Alex to work so diligently as he did to find us the amazing deal and rate that he was able to secure for us. He thought out of the box and didn't give up. What he was able to offer us the next day was less than half of the lowest finance rate we had been quoted from the many dealerships we visited AND for a brand new vehicle to boot! We hadn't even considered or looked at this SUV/Crossover but we were very pleased with this continued attention to what we told them we were looking for/needed.
I am forever grateful for all the hard work and kindness their staff showed us. This 2nd chance will allow us to fix our credit plus it gives us the opportunity to come back when we're ready to upgrade.
