My fiance was looking for Toyota Tacoma for about months and he had called here couple times. Gloria had answered the phone and gave us clear information about the Tacoma that was in inventory. After car window shopping in Toyota Marin and around - we gave one last call. Gloria answered again and informed that was the last Tacoma in their inventory - the model that he wanted. She said she will hold it for us and we rushed that fine afternoon. She was ready for us, we took it for test drive and it was PERFECT. She was very helpful and honest. Though Tacoma's don't have any incentive or sales (cause they get sold out), we felt that this was a good investment. If we had missed this one, then we would have to wait till 2017 for this particular model. Wow! Thanks Gloria. Also the finance office person and the manager were both very friendly and courteous.
