We were in the market to purchase a Toyota Avalon, and found what we were looking for at Hanlees Hilltop Toyota. We called on a Monday to talk to someone about it. We were lucky enough to talk with Ashley who took my information regarding the car we were interested in. She called me right back to let me know that they had the car and asked if we would like to come in for an appointment. I let her know that the soonest we would be available would be Sunday. She made arrangements to contact me on Saturday night to let me know if they still had the car we were interested in, and she would meet me on Sunday morning. We received a phone call Saturday evening from Barry letting us know that Ashley was out of town, but that she had left our information with him to follow up with us. We drove to Richmond from Northern California and met with Barry on Sunday morning. He took us right to the car that we were interested in, and after doing a walk around and inspecting the car inside and out, we took it out for a drive. Once we returned, we knew this was the car for us! Working with Ashley, Barry and Alex was very low pressure, very relaxing, and very respectful of our time and budget, they made the car buying experience very pleasant! Which is something that you can't always say. We would highly recommend enlisting their help if you are looking for a new or very gently used car. After the purchase, Barry even sat with us to go over the features of the car to help us understand all of the new bells and whistles that are in our new car! So, Barry, Ashley & Alex, thank you again for your help and up front honesty and down to earth personality!
