I am a little late on the review but I really wanted to express how easy and comfortable the daunting process of buying a car was for my daughter. First, I want to say a big thank you to Ashley C (Sales/Leasing Consultant). She was a great help. We first spoke on the phone and then came in for an appointment. My daughter was in a bind and needed a car rather quick. She is young and she wasn't well versed on loans and car options so of course she didn't go alone. By the time she left. she was in a car she loved and learned something about the car buying and credit process. She could have totally done this on her own there. It was that stress free! I have personally purchased many cars myself from other dealers and I have to say, I was definitely impressed by how smooth the process was at Hanlees Hilltop Toyota. No haggling, no pressure great car selection, knowledgeable staff and personable approach are the reason I had to write this review. I am thinking of getting a new car as well, we will be back.
