Where can I start, this is by far one of the best dealers in the area, the service department and cashier were amazing, we had our vehicle serviced in Elk Grove and they did a poor job, we were hesitant at first to go there but as soon as we got there we were greeted by Jessica at the service counter and she went above and beyond to help us, I had major surgery two weeks ago and we need stop leave the vehicle over night well she made sure we had a rental and at no charge, we had our tires replaces, and an oil leak and a sensor gone and she even managed to give us a brake on the total cost, as promised the vehicle was ready by 1:00 pm the next day, at the cashiers desk we were helped by Vee also very sweet and caring young lady, it doesn't hurt as much to pay when you know you're getting your money's worth, our vehicle is back to normal after having such a terrible experience at the other service location it made a big difference in the location, Hanlees may not be a very big dealership, but sometimes big doesn't mean better, thank you everyone for treating us with dignity and care, and for accommodating me and my husband during this difficult time. Thank you, and I will definitely send everyone your way, you guys are awesome!
