My car was totaled in a terrible accident so I had to buy a new one. Because I bought my last car from Nissan I decided to go back again. I was shown great customer service. Jordan the sales guy sold me a brand new 2016 Nissan Versa. Jordan made sure I was comfortable by offering me something to drink and popcorn he also allowed me time to think over my purchase without being too pushy, and also he helped me stay focused on rebuilding my credit. To make the sale an even better experience the deal was closed by the financial manager Trenton Lukens who was very sympathetic for the loss of my 2012 Nissan Sentra that I had just purchased in March. He also reassured me that I was rebuilding my credit and getting a very good deal. I would definitely recommend my friends and family and others to buy from Nissan Richmond great people and customer service.
