I do not do Yelp very often unless it is needed or I find someone who really deserved recognition, I recently went in to Hanlees for a noise my SUV was making, my SUV had already been seen twice by Hanlees and it seems like they changed everything and kept trying to sell me everything but not fixing the noise it was making, I was not happy to say the least, but this past time I got a new technician that actually came out when he heard I had already been there multiple times and had me go for a test drive with him and explained what I was hearing and pointed out where it was coming from, he was so sweet and explained it in a way I could understand and fixed it that day. I was beyond happy and went home, well to my surprise I got a knock at my door and Pedro, the man who fixed my car came all the way to my house to drop off something that I had left at the dealership. I could not believe it, you tend to forget that there are people out there that care about there jobs and the people they are helping, I gave him a huge hug and hope he gets recognized for this tremendous experience I had. I will be back just because of him in the future. Thank you, Pedro.
