Joe Perry is the best Service Rep. I had never used this dealership service department and I had a recall on my 2009 Impala SS. I showed him the recall paperwork, he ordered all the parts and called me in a couple of days. I brought the car in and he had it completed in less than 2 hours. It was a great experience. I greatly appreciate his help. I would work with Joe again if I have any car problems.
