It's always fast and friendly service here. I live in Marin and come here for all my major services. It took me by surprised that the service advisor Tracy remembered me. She made sure I didn't have to spend all day waiting to get my 60k miles service done. She kept me updated with my vehicle while I waited and even offered an office for me to work in. Parts guy Caleb? He told Tracy it would be about an hour until the tire would arrive but he made sure it came before. They were very accommodating and worked with my busy schedule. Thanks for outstanding service. Will definitely be returning.
