Great service yesterday afternoon at the dealership by Austin. He was helpful in showing me cars from other lots of the group in the block, and while I selected one that was on a different dealership, he stayed with me helping the manager and me to communicate through the negotiation.
While I did not buy, in the end, I will likely go back if they have something I may buy, and will call Austin first to ensure he is available.
