We had spent hours, days, shopping for our dream Highlander at Roseville, Folsom, and Sacramento Toyota's, with no luck. So we decided to call Hanlees Toyota in Davis, where Chris Chao, the Internet Sales and Fleet Manager, took charge and made the whole transaction effortless. He was very professional and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He spent time making sure that we understood how all of the features on the car worked, so that we felt comfortable driving the car home. He gave us his number and told us to call him if we had any questions or concerns. He even came to our house on his day off, to sync our garage remote with our new Highlander. He spent another half hour answering the questions we had about the car. Before he left he told us that if we have any questions in the future to call him, and he would be happy to help us. It's pretty rare to find a sales person who would go out of his way to help a customer in this manner. We also appreciated Dave, the Finance Manager, who make all the paperwork easy to understand and complete. We highly recommend Hanlees Toyota for anyone who is shopping forms a Toyota.
