My husband and I bought his Prius Prime today and had a wonderful experience. Our salesperson, Noza was so sweet and helpful. She explained the features of the car and advantages of the bells and whistles. Her friendly personality and easy going sales style put us at ease and made getting this car virtually painless. Purchasing a vehicle is one of my least favorite things to do, but Noza actually made the process fun. If you are in need of a vehicle, this is your girl. You won't regret having her as your salesperson.
The manager was nice and accommodating and Peter in finance answered all of our questions. I don't think I have EVER felt more at ease during this process, but today it wasn't horrible at all. No aggressive sales pitches from any of the staff we dealt with today.
