A few days on the Ram website, I felt armed enough to visit a dealership see the colors and options in person. I wandered into the showroom in Napa and was pleasantly greeted by Thomas. He asked some questions about how I would be using the truck, what features and colors were important to me.
When he pulled up his recommended truck, I knew right away that he was really listening to what was important to ME. He allowed me to use all of the features as he explained them and how I would be using them in my real life scenarios. After test driving, I knew this was the right one for me. Of course there is that "price" thing... Thomas walked me carefully through the numbers, gave me a fair value for my old truck and it just felt right! Friends say to shop the Sacramento area for the best deals, I say, I got as good a value if not better along with a buying experience that was second to none!!! Thanks, Thomas, keep up the great work!
