I've been going to Hanlees Toyota in Davis for 12+ years. Their Toyota Care program for service needs is a great deal! Service staff is knowledgeable and advice is given but not pushed. I especially like seeing the same faces there to greet me and handle my accounts again and again. I especially thankful for Dave Sudbury, the shuttle driver. He is always so pleasant and prompt. He takes the calls and makes an effort to get people in the van to their destination safely and directly. He is polite and engages in conversation if that's your desire. I'm always glad when I see Dave is there to pick me up. I don't even have to tell him where to take me anymore! Dave and Hanlees are doing a good job!
