Hanlees Davis Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Kia

I'd like to review the dealership on its service and sales as I've had experience with both. As many Davis residents know this dealership is now under new ownership.

Service: My experience so far with the service is that they did the repairs needed and got them done. I appreciate that the mechanic who was working on my vehicle called me to ask some questions and get more information on the problem. I think the service manager, Al, Amanda the Service Writer and Kellsey at the front desk did a very good job getting the parts in, notifying me on the progress of the parts, scheduling the repairs and getting the vehicle problems addressed. Sales: I have been exploring buying a new vehicle and trading my old one in. Because I am looking at a higher cost vehicle I've decided to hold off until the end of the year or early next year to see if prices go down some. But I did, however, have a chance to talk to the sales staff. I spoke with Adam, who works with internet sales and their sales manager. I felt that Adam and the manager were responsive, pleasant and courteous to speak with, straight forward, professional in their dealing and I felt no high pressure or any kind of negative sales tactics. Although I didn't up buying due to my decision to hold off on buying, my sales experience with their sales department was very positive.
