My husband and I came to Hanlees to buy a Toyota Highlander Hybrid LE. We communicated by email with Octavio beforehand. The LE was not in stock, so we test drove a better model. Octavio was informative but not at all pushy. He respected our desire to just buy the LE model. When we had a cheaper offer from a different dealership, Octavio didn't try to take our business, he told us to go get the better deal elsewhere. It turns out our other deal fell through, so we ended up buying from Hanlees. Octavio was great about communicating on the phone regarding ordering the exact color and model of car we wanted. He was efficient in getting us the car and very friendly during the entire process. Octavio was patient in helping us understand all the features of the car such as pairing the Bluetooth with my phone. I really appreciated how positive and friendly Octavio was and I would definitely recommend working with him if anyone is looking to buy a car.
