Normally dealerships are a headache and annoying and cause more problems than solutions. I can only speak from my experience but service manager "Robert" has been really helpful and made things pretty smooth for me. Had a few issues with the car and a few recalls and everything's been taken care of smoothly. Even though my car has caused me a lot of trouble, thankfully he's made resolving the issues really easy.
