Came here late on a Saturday afternoon to get a smart key laser cut, and tried to program the new key fob myself to save money. Turns out it was too complicated and I should not have tried to DIY it. My attempt resulted in the car shutting down completely and going into safety mode.
The service center had just closed but these guys stuck around for two hours and did some advanced troubleshooting and eventually figured out how to fix it, despite not being technicians with special training required for my car. When it was looking like it might not work, they even offered to drive me home despite it being after hours.
